Service rating : Joined for the £5 for 3 issues deal - which was supposed to include an online Tour de France Guide. This was not provided - I tried to speak with customer care 3 times and this was not resolved - I assume you just had to send me a web link!
Product : Magazine is Good. Most of the bike reviews are very high end, so not ideal if you are just getting into cycling.

This is kind of the point I was making on the phone. You just send out automated messages from your service centre.

I am sure it was not a pleasure speaking to me - as I cancelled my subscription.

If you order this magazine then you will enjoy it, but if you have to speak to the service centre then you will not!

August digital version was not readily available as they had messed up front cover with old photo and different month title. No email or advice to notify me of this, I had to email them in early Aug asking for info. Pretty shoddy customer service.
